Mistora Scents: Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 days from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, please contact us.

If you change your mind, you may return the item to our warehouse within 7 days at your own expense.

Returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. The item must not have any man-made damage. Only defective products are eligible for exchange. We are not obligated to accept returns for items damaged due to misuse.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item. Mistora Scents will refund the original product purchase price. The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

If the item was shipped with free postage and is returned for a refund, the actual postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items damaged in transit or found defective, please contact us within 5 working days so we can arrange a replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for valid reasons and may modify our policies, terms, and conditions at any time.

A 10% restocking fee and delivery charges will apply if you change your mind or make a purchase in error.
